The Access and Eligibility Services Leadership Conference is an immersive, three-day event that will provide vision, inspiration, and actionable training designed to increase leadership effectiveness. The conference will focus on connecting AES leaders to our mission by reaffirming agency values and defining our collective purpose.
This year’s conference theme, “Next Level Leadership: The Power of Us” encourages leaders to have a growth mindset and be intentional about their own development, so they can better serve and develop those around them.
After a successful late career pivot from Video Producer-Editor to Project Manager (PM) in 2020, I landed my first job with PM in the title with the Access & Eligibility Services (AES) Project Management Office (PMO) in May 2021. Less than four years later, I find myself in charge of strategic planning for AES. How can I make your job easier today?!
Some favorite highlights from my previous life in post-production include:
work for an Austin edutech start-up to create 100s of algebra help videos,
editing more than 100 short documentaries for exhibits in the National WWII Museum in New Orleans, and
award-winning content creation as a video projection design for live events and theater.
