The Access and Eligibility Services Leadership Conference is an immersive, three-day event that will provide vision, inspiration, and actionable training designed to increase leadership effectiveness. The conference will focus on connecting AES leaders to our mission by reaffirming agency values and defining our collective purpose.
This year’s conference theme, “Next Level Leadership: The Power of Us” encourages leaders to have a growth mindset and be intentional about their own development, so they can better serve and develop those around them.

As an Oakland Ca. native, Levette loves the water and deeply values her community, family, and friends. Whether it’s taking a road trip to the beach with her husband, cuddling with her fur baby MJ, sharing a laugh with her parents and siblings, or tuning in to the latest cartoon with her niece, the people in Levette’s life give her joy and are a consistent source of inspiration and encouragement.
Levette lives by this motto: "We rise by lifting others" and believes that small acts of kindness and supporting others have a profoundly positive impact on everyone around us.
