About me
Elizzett De Hoyos began her journey with HHS AES in 2013 as an MEPD I in the Laredo, Tx; region 11 office, progressing to MEPD III before becoming a Supervisor at the TW Virtual Interviewing Center in 2018. In 2022, she graduated from QUEST Leadership Academy and recently celebrated her one-year anniversary as Program Specialist IV with the Office of Learning and Professional Development, under SEES. As a Specialist, she develops future AES leaders and assists with designs on future career workshops. Before AES, she spent ten years in the nonprofit sector, improving programs for both team members and those served.
Born and raised in Laredo, Elizzett enjoys spending time with her friends and family. She also has a 15-year-old dachshund named, Pretty Girl. Elizzett has served as a Board Director for a Federal Credit Union for eight years and is an active leader in her area. My desire to give back to my community has always been strong, both professionally and personally. As a member of the HHS team, I'm pleased that I get to do both. I am committed to being a strong advocate to our values and continue to strive for excellence.
