About me
Chris Adkins has worn many hats throughout his career, from martial artist and band manager to fork-lift instructor and professional harmonica player. Yet, in August 2014, his journey took an unexpected turn to Health and Human Services, where he found a calling in serving Texans in need.
Chris has held various roles at HHSC, from Texas Works Advisor to Operations Officer, and then as the Director of Business Continuity. Presently, he serves as the Director of Community Care Services Eligibility.
A graduate of both the HHS Aspiring Leaders Academy and the Eligibility Operations Leadership Academy (Quest), Chris maintains a commitment to continuous growth and leadership development.
