About me
Hello, everyone! My name is Marcus Lee Cole, and I currently serve as a Supervisor II with AES Resource and Support Team for Region 03. I am a transformational leader with a deep passion for mentoring and training other leaders, and I firmly believe that Emotional Intelligence is key to driving meaningful change when we dive wholeheartedly into our work.
Over the past 14 years with the agency, I’ve worn many hats, starting as a Clerk III and advancing through roles such as Advisor I, II, and III, and Training Specialist IV—during which I earned the designation of Master Trainer and now Supervisor II. I am also a proud graduate of the 2020/2021 QUEST Academy and actively contribute as a member of the QUEST Alumni Association.
As a lifelong Texan, I feel privileged to work for this agency and contribute to its mission. I currently reside in Frisco/Aubrey with my partner of 8 years and our dog, Suki. While I’m naturally extroverted, these days I find joy in relaxed nights at home.
The Power of Us, it says to me Harnessing our shared identities to improve. As a group of people, we can leverage the strengths of those around us to collectively make one massive solid unit! That is exciting! #Voltron #PowerRangers
