2024 AES Leadership Conference

The Access and Eligibility Services Leadership Conference is an immersive, three-day event that will provide vision, inspiration, and actionable training designed to increase leadership effectiveness. The conference will focus on connecting AES leaders to our mission by reaffirming agency values and defining our collective purpose.

This year’s conference theme, “Next Level Leadership: The Power of Us” encourages leaders to have a growth mindset and be intentional about their own development, so they can better serve and develop those around them.

About me

Laura is a Senior Policy Analyst on the Medicaid/CHIP (Women’s Health) Team in the Policy and Quality Division. She has been contributing to the well-being of the people of Texas since June 2012, having held various positions such as Clerk, Texas Works Advisor I, II, III, Training Specialist IV, and Employee Engagement Specialist. Laura is a certified Master Trainer with the Association for Talent Development (ATD) and has degrees in Criminal Justice and Paralegal Studies. Additionally, she is a Navy Veteran. Outside of work, Laura enjoys spending time with her husband, Brian, and their three children, aged 20, 18, and 13.Laura Sayre is a Senior Policy Analyst on the Medicaid/CHIP (Women’s Health) Team in the Policy and Quality Division.
