About me
Robin Lewis is a proud graduate of the third-oldest university in Texas, Sam Houston State University: Eat 'Em Up Kats! She has devoted over twelve years to serving Texans as an employee of Eligibility Operations (EO), where she takes great pride in being a part of the Customer Care Center (CCC). She possesses a genuine interest in team member development and support and fosters a climate of continuous growth in the agency. Robin has served in various positions throughout EO including Texas Works Advisor II and III, Supervisor, Training Specialist, Program Specialist with State and Regional Operations, Operations Officer, and most recently Lead Program Manager with Region CCC.
When she is not changing the world one team member at a time, Robin enjoys watching her kids play sports, lounging in the pool, or doing some good old-fashioned back-porch-sitting with her husband, Robert, her furry friends Maggie and Gizmo, and her feathered friends Hennifer, Cheeto, DeeDee, and Peep.
